These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Atlazi, the AI travel planning app, website, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using Atlazi, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Atlazi helps you plan trips using AI and connects you to travel partners for booking. Atlazi itself does not sell flights, stays, or activities, and does not process payments for travel bookings. See "Partner sites and affiliate links" below.
You need an account to save trips, get AI plans, and use the booking tray. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it.
Atlazi's AI Planner suggests flights, stays, activities, and day-by-day itineraries based on real, grounded pricing and availability data from our partners at the time you view them. Prices, availability, and fare rules can change on the partner's site between when you see them in Atlazi and when you complete a booking there.
When you mark something as booked, or import a confirmation, Atlazi records that information to build your itinerary and Trip Cockpit. It does not create, modify, or cancel the underlying reservation.
"Book on partner" and similar buttons take you to a partner's website (such as an airline, hotel platform, or activity provider) to complete your booking and payment there. Atlazi may earn a commission when you book through these links, and this doesn't change the price you pay.
Cancellations, refunds, changes, and customer service for a booking are handled by the partner you booked with, under their own terms. Atlazi's Help and support can guide you to the right place, but can't process a partner's refund or cancellation directly.
Atlazi+ is an optional paid subscription that raises your monthly AI trip plan allowance from 1 to 30, uses a smarter AI model for planning, and unlocks AI trip reshaping, AI packing lists, secure document forwarding, full version history, and unlimited trips, saved items, collections and documents. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and are billed securely through Dodo Payments on the web, or your app store account on mobile. You can cancel any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Don't use Atlazi to post or share anything illegal, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights. Reviews and shared trips should reflect your genuine experience. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.
Atlazi provides travel planning information and AI-generated suggestions "as is." While we ground recommendations in real data, we can't guarantee prices, availability, weather forecasts, or delay predictions will exactly match what you experience. Always confirm details on the partner site before you travel.
To the extent permitted by law, Atlazi isn't liable for losses arising from bookings made on partner sites, travel disruptions, or reliance on AI-generated suggestions beyond what's required by applicable consumer protection law.
We may update these Terms as Atlazi evolves. If we make material changes, we'll let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Atlazi after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
