Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy explains how payments and refunds work for Atlazi+, the optional paid subscription that unlocks Atlazi's premium planning features. It applies alongside our Terms of Service and forms part of your agreement with us.

Atlazi+ is a digital product. When you subscribe, you get immediate, ongoing access to AI-powered features that are consumed as you use them. Because that access starts right away and cannot be given back, subscription payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.

Subscriptions are non-refundable

Payments for Atlazi+, including your first charge and every automatic renewal, are non-refundable. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for time remaining in a billing period you have already paid for, whether you cancel, stop using the Service, or your account is closed. Billing is handled securely through Dodo Payments on the web, or your app store account on mobile.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel Atlazi+ at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal so you are not charged again, but it does not create a refund for the current period. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then it does not renew.

• Open Settings and choose to cancel your subscription; on mobile, manage it from your app store account.
• Your Atlazi+ features stay available until the end of the current billing period.
• After that date your account returns to the free plan and paid features end, with no further charges.

Bookings on partner sites

This policy covers your Atlazi+ subscription only. Atlazi does not sell flights, stays, or activities and does not process payments for travel bookings. Cancellations and refunds for anything you book on a partner's website are handled by that partner under their own terms. See the "Partner sites and affiliate links" section of our Terms of Service.

Where required by law

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you. Where those laws require a refund, we honor it. If you believe you are entitled to one under the law where you live, contact us and we will review your request.
