Our commitment to making trip planning usable for everyone.
Last updated October 11, 2026 · Effective for all Atlazi accounts
We want everyone to be able to plan and manage their trips with Atlazi, whatever their abilities or the tools they use. Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time checkbox, and we keep improving as we build new screens.
This statement describes what we do today, the standard we aim for, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We test with keyboards, screen readers, and reduced-motion settings, and we treat accessibility issues as bugs to fix, not nice-to-haves.
Atlazi is built to work with the tools you already rely on.
A few areas still need work, such as some third-party partner pages we link out to, which we don't control. We're actively improving our own screens and will update this statement as we do.
If you hit an accessibility barrier in Atlazi, we want to know. Tell us what happened and the assistive technology you were using, and we'll work to fix it.
We treat accessibility reports as a priority and aim to respond quickly.
