This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Atlazi collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Atlazi app, website, and related services. We aim to collect only what we need to plan your trips and keep your cockpit useful.
Atlazi does not sell your personal data. When you book travel, you complete payment on a partner's site, and Atlazi+ subscriptions are billed by Dodo Payments, so we never see or store your card details.
We collect the information you give us and a small amount of technical data needed to run the Service reliably. Some of this is sensitive, such as saved traveler passport details and the documents you store in your vault.
We use your data to provide and improve the Service, and for nothing you wouldn't reasonably expect.
When you follow a "Book on partner" link, you leave Atlazi for that partner's site, which has its own privacy policy. We may pass a referral identifier so a booking can be attributed to us, but we don't share your account password or payment details with partners.
We also rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf under contract, only for the purposes described here: an AI model provider that turns the trip details you type into plans, Dodo Payments for Atlazi+ subscription billing, and providers for file storage, maps, email, and error monitoring. We don't let them use your data for their own purposes.
We keep your data while your account is active. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep some records to meet legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations.
Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal data. You can exercise these from Settings or by contacting us.
We protect your data with encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, and audit logging. Sensitive fields like passport and loyalty numbers are encrypted and shown in full only after an extra confirmation step. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and will tell you if a breach affects you as required by law.
