A trip is more fun planned together. Atlazi gives you two ways to bring other people in: a read-only link anyone can open, and a personal invite that lets a friend view or help edit the plan.
You stay in control. A read-only link shows the plan without prices, bookings or personal details, and you can stop sharing at any time. Invites go to a specific person and can be resent or revoked.
Sharing a read-only link
The quickest way to show someone your plan is a read-only link. Anyone with the link sees the itinerary, but never your prices, bookings or personal details.
- On a saved trip, open Share and copy the read-only link.
- Send it however you like. The other person does not need a Atlazi account to open it.
- Stop sharing at any time. The current link stops working right away, and sharing again creates a fresh one.
Inviting a co-planner
To let a friend actually help, invite them by email and choose their role. They do not need an account yet; we email them an invite to accept.
- Editors can change the plan with you. Viewers can only look.
- The invite is tied to the email you send it to, so it can only be accepted from that address.
- Add an optional plain-text note. Links are not allowed in it.
To accept, the invited person signs in with the invited email and verifies it first. An invite sent to the wrong address cannot be accepted from a different account.
Managing invites
Sent invites that have not been accepted yet show up as pending, so you always know who still needs to join.
- Resend a pending invite if it got lost.
- Revoke an invite to cancel it. The person can no longer accept it.
- Invites expire after a while; resend to send a fresh one.
Frequently asked questions
Does the person I share with see my booking prices?
No. A read-only link shows the itinerary only, without prices, bookings or personal details. If you want someone to help plan, invite them as an editor or viewer instead.
What is the difference between an editor and a viewer?
An editor can change the plan with you. A viewer can only look. You choose the role when you send the invite.
My friend cannot accept the invite.
An invite is tied to the email you sent it to. They need to sign in with that exact address and verify it before accepting. If it went to the wrong address, revoke it and send a new one.
How do I stop sharing?
Open Share on the trip and choose Stop sharing. The read-only link stops working right away. To remove a co-planner, revoke their invite.
