Your travel plans and documents are personal, and we treat them that way. This article explains what Atlazi keeps, how it is protected, and the controls you have over your own data.
Two design choices matter most: Atlazi never takes booking payment, so it does not store your card and is out of card-payment scope, and sensitive data is encrypted at rest and shown masked. For the full detail, the Privacy Policy is always available from the legal pages.
What Atlazi stores
Atlazi stores what it needs to plan and manage your trips, and nothing about booking payments, because payment happens on the partner side.
- Your account details, such as your email and profile preferences.
- Your trips, saved places, itineraries and planning conversations.
- Traveller details and any travel documents you choose to upload.
- Tickets and passes you add to your wallet.
- Preferences you ask Atlazi to remember, which you can see and remove at any time.
Because Atlazi takes no booking payment, it does not store your card number. Any Atlazi+ card details are held by Dodo Payments, not by Atlazi.
How your data is protected
- Sensitive personal data is encrypted at rest and shown masked, so numbers like passport details are not on display.
- Document scans are kept in private storage, and saved passport or known traveler numbers stay masked until you re-enter your current password to reveal them.
- Your sign-in session is held only in secure, http-only cookies, so page scripts cannot read it.
- Requests to partners and any sensitive keys are handled on the server, never exposed to your browser.
Affiliate transparency
When you book through a partner link, Atlazi may earn a commission. We disclose this clearly, we only link to the real offer you were shown, and we do not cloak links or add a hidden markup. This keeps planning free while staying honest about how Atlazi makes money.
Your data controls
You can see and manage most of your data directly in the app, and you can ask for a copy or for deletion.
- Review and edit your profile, travellers, documents and preferences at any time.
- Delete individual documents, wallet passes and trips yourself.
- See, change, copy or forget what Atlazi remembers on the "What Atlazi remembers" page in Settings.
- Delete your entire account from Settings. This is permanent and removes your trips, documents and wallet.

Does Atlazi store my card?
No. Atlazi takes no booking payment, so there is no card to store. Any Atlazi+ payment is handled by Dodo Payments on their hosted pages, not by Atlazi.
