The AI planner turns a plain-language brief into a real, day-by-day trip. Tell it where you want to go and roughly how long, and it drafts an itinerary with things to see and do, sensible pacing, and options you can actually book through a partner.
Everything the planner proposes is grounded in real places and live options. It suggests sights and neighbourhoods, mixes free landmarks with bookable tours and tickets, and organises them into days by location, opening hours and travel time. Nothing is invented just to fill a slot.
How the planner builds your plan
Start a conversation and describe the trip the way you would to a friend. A destination and a few days is enough. You can also try a quick-start like "weekend getaway" or "beach and budget" and edit from there.
- Describe your trip in the composer, for example "four relaxed days in Lisbon in May, into food and views".
- Atlazi drafts a day-by-day plan: it picks a base area, finds sights and activities, and splits them across your days by proximity, opening times and pace.
- Each suggestion lands in your plan panel with an estimated total, and bookable items link out to a partner.
The plan respects real-world timing where it can, such as museums closed on certain days and attractions that need advance booking. Advance-booking items are flagged so you can reserve in time.
Refining and regenerating
The plan is a starting point you stay in control of. Keep chatting to adjust it, and Atlazi updates the plan as you talk.
- Refine by asking. Try "add a day trip to Sintra", "make day two more relaxed" or "swap the museum for something outdoors".
- Regenerate a part you do not like to get fresh options while keeping the rest.
- Turn a conversation into a saved trip when you are happy, so it moves into your itinerary, map, budget and cockpit.
Because every plan is editable, you can shape it as much or as little as you want before booking anything.
Turning a conversation into a saved trip
A planner conversation is a draft until you save it. When you are happy with the plan, save it as a real trip and it becomes a full itinerary you own and can keep working on.
- Your days, stops and estimated costs move into the trip's itinerary, map, budget, packing and cockpit.
- From there you can edit any day by hand, ask Atlazi for more changes, or optimize the route.
- The trip keeps earlier versions in its Trip history, so you can look back or restore an earlier plan.
- You can share a saved trip with a read-only link, or invite a friend to help plan it.
Monthly plan limits
Each account has a monthly allowance of full AI trip plans and assistant messages. The free plan includes a set number of each (and a daily limit on messages), and Atlazi+ raises both. Your full plans are shown on the upgrade screen and in Settings, the assistant shows how many messages you have left under the message box (on Atlazi+ once they run low), and both reset at the start of each billing period.
There is deliberately no "unlimited" tier. Every plan, including paid ones, has a clear monthly number so you always know where you stand. Refining an existing plan in conversation does not use a new full plan from your allowance, but each message you send counts toward your assistant messages.
What the planner can and cannot do
The planner is genuinely useful, and it is honest about its limits. Knowing them keeps your trip on track.
- It suggests and organizes real places and bookable options, but it does not book anything or take payment. You finish every booking on the partner's own site, and Atlazi never holds your card.
- It plans, but it does not book or sell travel: you book directly with our partners, and we may earn a commission. Atlazi's human support team can help with your account and point you the right way, but they do not build or book itineraries for you.
- Any visa or entry note it surfaces is general guidance to prompt you to check, not legal advice. Confirm the rules for your own passport with the official source.
- Prices and opening times are live estimates with a "checked" time. Always confirm the final details on the partner site before you rely on them.
Treat the plan as a well-researched starting point you stay in control of, not a guarantee. You decide what to keep, change or book.
Frequently asked questions
Can I trust what the planner suggests?
Suggestions are grounded in real places and live options rather than made up. Bookable items link to a real partner offer, and prices carry a freshness indicator. Always confirm final details on the partner site before booking.
How do I change part of a plan?
Just tell the planner in the conversation, for example "add a day trip" or "make it more relaxed". It updates the plan as you talk, and you can regenerate any part you are not happy with.
Does editing a plan count against my monthly limit?
Refining an existing plan in conversation does not use a new full plan from your allowance, but each message you send counts toward your assistant messages. Your monthly limit is about creating new AI trip plans, and your usage is shown on the upgrade screen and in Settings.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
You can keep using your existing trips and plans. To create more new AI plans that month, upgrade to Atlazi+ for a higher limit, or wait for your allowance to reset at the start of the next period.
Can the planner book my trip for me?
No. The planner suggests and organizes options and links you to a partner to book, but it never books or takes payment itself. You complete any booking on the partner's site, and Atlazi never holds your card.
