Planning with Atlazi is free. Atlazi+ is an optional subscription that raises your monthly allowance of full AI trip plans and assistant messages and adds premium touches on top of the same effortless cockpit. This article explains what is included, how billing works, and how to change or cancel your plan.
Atlazi+ is the only thing Atlazi charges for. It runs through Dodo Payments, and card entry always happens on Dodo Payments's secure hosted pages. Atlazi never stores your card details.
What Atlazi+ includes
The headline benefit is more full AI trip plans and assistant messages every month, so you can plan more trips and keep chatting with the assistant. Beyond that, Atlazi+ lets the assistant answer questions about your trips, bookings, budget and documents in one chat, and adds AI packing lists and unlimited saving. The exact included features and numbers for each tier are shown on the upgrade screen, since they are set by us and can be adjusted.
There is no unlimited tier by design. Every plan, free and paid, has a clear monthly number of full AI trip plans and assistant messages, and those allowances reset at the start of each billing period, so you always know exactly where you stand. On the free plan, messages also have a daily limit. On Atlazi+, once the month's messages are used up you can still send a smaller number each day until they reset.
What Free and Atlazi+ include in the assistant
The upgrade screen lists what each plan includes, with the current numbers. In the assistant, the free plan and Atlazi+ differ like this:
- Messages: the free plan includes a set number of assistant messages a month, with a daily limit. Atlazi+ includes more each month, then a smaller number each day once those are used.
- Changing saved trips from the chat: the free plan lets you change a saved trip from the chat a set number of times a month. Atlazi+ lets you change your saved trips from the chat, with Undo in one tap.
- Memory: on the free plan Atlazi remembers a set number of your preferences. Atlazi+ remembers more and gets to know you, always with your OK.
- Trip versions: the free plan restores your most recent versions of a trip, and Atlazi+ restores any saved version.
- Private chats, which are never remembered, are part of both plans.
Help chats about the app, your account or a booking do not use your messages. On the free plan, the messages you have left show under the message box, and on any plan you can ask Atlazi "what do I have left?".
Monthly and yearly pricing
Atlazi+ is offered on a monthly or a yearly billing cycle. Yearly is billed once for the year and usually works out cheaper per month than paying monthly. The live prices, currency and the implied monthly cost of the yearly plan are all shown on the upgrade screen, so nothing here is a fixed figure.
- Monthly: billed every month, cancel any time to stop the next renewal.
- Yearly: billed once for twelve months, typically the best value per month.
- Prices are shown in your selected display currency on the upgrade screen.
How checkout works
- On the upgrade screen, choose the plan and billing cycle you want.
- You are taken to Dodo Payments's secure hosted checkout to enter payment. Atlazi never sees or stores your card.
- Once payment succeeds, your account is upgraded and your higher monthly plan limit applies right away.
If a tier is not yet available for checkout, the button will tell you rather than failing silently. Try again shortly or open a ticket if it persists.
Upgrading, downgrading and cancelling
You manage an existing subscription through Dodo Payments's billing portal, which you can open from Settings. From there you can update your payment method, view invoices, switch billing cycle where available, and cancel.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Atlazi+ until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Your usage and current plan, including how many AI plans you have used this month, are shown in Settings and on the upgrade screen.
- If you later delete your account, cancel your subscription first so it does not keep renewing.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need Atlazi+ to use Atlazi?
No. Planning, saving trips and booking through partners are all free. Atlazi+ is optional and mainly raises your monthly full AI trip plans and assistant messages while adding premium extras.
Where do I enter my card?
On Dodo Payments's secure hosted checkout, not on Atlazi. Atlazi never stores your card details. Payment and your invoices are handled by Dodo Payments.
How do I cancel Atlazi+?
Open the billing portal from Settings and cancel there. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep Atlazi+ until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens to my trips if I downgrade or cancel?
Your trips, saved places and documents stay. You simply return to the free monthly plan limit for creating new AI plans once your paid period ends.
When does my monthly AI plan allowance reset?
At the start of each billing period. Your usage, your limit and the reset date are shown in Settings and on the upgrade screen. Refining an existing plan in conversation does not use a new full plan from your allowance, but each message you send counts toward your assistant messages.
Can I change my saved trips from the chat on the free plan?
Yes, a set number of times each month. The card with the suggested changes tells you how many you have left before you apply, and the upgrade screen shows the number for each plan.
