Atlazi

Account and login

Sign up, verify your email, sign in with a password or a connected account, reset a password, and delete your account.

Your Atlazi account holds your trips, saved places, traveller details and preferences. This article covers creating an account, getting in, keeping it secure, and closing it if you ever want to.

For your security, Atlazi keeps you signed in with tokens that live only in secure, http-only cookies. They are never exposed to the page, so a browser extension or script cannot read your session.

Creating your account

  1. Sign up with your email and a password, or use a connected account if one is offered on the sign-in screen.
  2. Verify your email. We send a one-time code to confirm the address is yours.
  3. Enter the code to finish. New accounts go through a short, four-step setup: your home airport, an optional home city, the interests you travel for, your typical budget and pace, and an optional traveler. This shapes every AI plan.

You can skip the setup and add your home airport, home city, interests, budget and travel pace later from Profile. Setting your home airport unlocks "from here" pricing across Explore and Flights.

Signing in

Sign in with the email and password you registered, or with a connected account if you set one up. Connected sign-in options only appear when they have been configured, so you will never see a button for a provider that is not available.

  • Not verified yet? You can request a new one-time code from the verification screen.
  • Signed in already? Atlazi refreshes your session quietly in the background, so you stay logged in without re-entering your password.

Passwords and resets

You can change your password any time from Settings while signed in. If you cannot get in, use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and we email you a secure link to set a new one.

  1. On the sign-in screen, choose "Forgot password" and enter your email.
  2. Open the reset link we email you. For your safety, the link expires after a short time.
  3. Set a new password and sign in again.

Two-step verification

For extra protection you can turn on two-step verification, also called two-factor authentication or 2FA, from Settings. With it on, signing in needs a code from your authenticator app as well as your password, so your account stays safe even if someone learns it.

  1. In Settings, open Two-factor authentication and scan the QR code with an authenticator app, or enter the setup key by hand.
  2. Enter the six-digit code from the app to confirm and switch it on.
  3. Save your one-time recovery codes somewhere safe. Each works once if you ever lose your authenticator, and they are shown only once.

You can turn two-step verification off from the same screen by entering a current code. If you lose both your authenticator app and your recovery codes, open a ticket so we can help you get back in.

Updating your details

Manage your name, avatar, home airport, saved travellers, loyalty programmes and travel preferences from Profile. Account-level settings like your password, theme, language, currency and notifications live in Settings.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from Settings. Deletion is permanent and removes your trips, saved places, documents and wallet. It cannot be undone.

If you have an active Atlazi+ subscription, cancel it first from the billing portal so it does not renew. Deleting the account does not itself stop a subscription billed through Dodo Payments.

Frequently asked questions

I did not receive my verification code.

Check spam and wait a moment, then request a new code from the verification screen. Codes are one-time and time-limited, so always use the most recent one.

Which connected sign-in options are available?

Only the providers that have been configured show up on the sign-in and Settings screens. If you do not see a provider, it is not currently available for your account.

Do you store my session in the browser where scripts can read it?

No. Sign-in tokens are kept only in secure, http-only cookies handled on the server. They are never placed in local storage or exposed to page scripts.

Is deleting my account reversible?

No. Deletion is permanent and removes your trips, documents and wallet. Cancel any active Atlazi+ subscription first so it does not keep renewing.

How do I turn on two-step verification?

Open Two-factor authentication in Settings, scan the QR code with an authenticator app, and enter the six-digit code to switch it on. Save the one-time recovery codes it shows you, since each works only once if you lose your app.
